I hold an MBA in Accounting and am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Over the years, I have dedicated my career to working closely with startup companies and small businesses, providing my expertise in accounting, operations, and human resources.
My passion for empowering small business owners drives me to understand the intricate dynamics of entrepreneurship. I find myself genuinely curious about what motivates them to embrace risk and tackle the daily challenges of running a business. This deep-rooted interest inspired me to become a small business owner myself, allowing me to experience firsthand the unique trials and triumphs that accompany this journey.
Caitlyn
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting, which equips me with a solid foundation in financial principles and business management.
My passion for working in the landscape industry stems from my love for people. The individuals I encounter in this field are incredibly friendly and have fascinating stories and experiences. Their genuine nature and enthusiasm for their work make every interaction enjoyable and inspiring.
One of my dreams is to own land to raise horses and goats, fostering a connection to nature that I cherish. In the meantime, I have a strong desire to explore and travel, with the goal of visiting every state in the U.S. Each destination offers an opportunity for adventure and new experiences, which I eagerly look forward to.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Accounting and bring over 30 years of experience in the accounting field. My extensive background has allowed me to support businesses in achieving financial clarity and success. At Covelso, I'm fortunate to work with landscape companies whose values resonate with mine. I admire their genuine compassion towards their families, customers, employees, and communities, and I am proud to be part of that environment.
I cherish sharing life's blessings with those who matter most. My perfect getaway is beachside, with an ocean view and enough space to welcome friends and family into my home.

With a Master's degree in Accounting and eight years of experience across various industries, I bring a diverse skill set to the table. I am currently studying for the CPA to enhance my knowledge. I have a strong passion for technology and always strive to stay ahead of the curve, constantly seeking innovative solutions in my professional and personal life.
Outside work, I enjoy watching movies and television shows, reading books, playing video games, and participating in outdoor activities. I have also appreciated working with landscapers, where I have encountered some of the kindest and most genuine people in the field. I am deeply committed to personal and professional growth, valuing my connections with others along the way.

As a CPA (certified public accountant) passionate about numbers, I am a skilled and hands-on professional with extensive experience in accounting systems, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and staff management and training. I excel in strategic development, team building, and fostering successful collaboration across organizational divisions. I believe that communication, responsiveness, and transparency are key to success, and I am committed to delivering high-quality work. I take joy in helping others succeed. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, biking, travelling, and reading.

We get asked this a lot. Naming a company isn’t as easy as some think!
After rejecting many meaningless accounting sounding names, we decided to create a name all our own. Covelso is a mash up of our last name (Covington), the grandkid’s name (Elise) and the dog (Sophie).
